Sea Asparagus With Pesto Cheese Sauce

If you’re lucky enough to live on the coast or just stop in for a visit make sure to check out the local farmer’s market! It’s a good place to enjoy the trappings of wild and natural produce. The food is simple, homegrown and tested by the pallets of countless foodies. Not to mention quite often won’t be found on the grocery store shelves! It didn’t take long to find a vendor selling fresh Sea Asparagus. This ingredient is not exclusive to Canada and can be found in Hawaii, parts of South Africa and England. I usually keep my eyes peeled for unusual looking produce to keep life interesting. Since this unusual vegetable, is mostly found in restaurants I thought I’d share this amazing recipe. It’s a quick and easy side for chicken or fish.
